NOVEMBER CHART READING MEET UP: Eris Conjunct The North Node (Session 1)

Join us in November for our monthly Meet Up where we get together to read and share in discussion of our charts. In this meet up we will look at Eris in our charts and in relation to the North Node as she presently sits. What might this be bringing forth for us individually and collectively?

In Greek Mythology Eris is the personification of Chaos, Strife, and Discord. Famously known as the Goddess who rolled the Apple down the aisle of the wedding she was not invited to, her actions led to 3 Goddesses - Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite - vying for ownership of said apple, with Paris as the judge. The necessity of choosing one over the other led to the Trojan War. It is said that Eris caused this war but really it was the response of the Goddesses et al that led them there. So, you could say Eris and the strife she brings leads us to the revelation of inner Truths about our own attitudes. How do we use the energy of Eris? An unconscious manifestation is ‘trouble’ but a conscious one can see us using her warrior energy to bring light to our own shadow and that of the collective.

This is a great opportunity if you would like to:

· Read each other’s charts—or just sit back and listen.

· This is a chance to both practice reading charts and share with other astrologers.
· All levels of expertise, advanced to beginners are welcome

All charts go on our Power Point using first names only. Note: due to large numbers in our first Meet Up we cannot guarantee your chart will be read. Aussies, Perth people especially, please consider coming to our second session later in the day to have your chart read.
