Spring is here, but maybe you’re still finding your way back to yourself.
Sometimes we don't need another thing to achieve or another problem to solve. We simply need a little space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what is already there.
Seekers & the Now is a gentle two-hour creative experience combining mindfulness, intuitive art and playful exploration. Through breath, colour, movement and mark-making, you'll be invited to quiet the busy mind and let go of the pressure to make something “good.”
You don't need to be an artist. You don't need to know what you're going to create. There is no right or wrong outcome.
Instead, you'll be guided through a series of simple creative exercises designed to help you become present, follow your intuition and discover what emerges when you give yourself permission to create without judgement.

All art materials are provided, so you can simply arrive and begin.
This is an 18+ in-person workshop, intentionally kept small with a maximum of 10 participants to create a more intimate and supportive atmosphere.
Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to explore.
