Our program is structured around a comprehensive syllabus of Salsa ON1 with individual Shines and Partner work foundations. You will learn ON1 timing, rhythm, music structure and body control. In addition to learning Dance frame, posture, partner connection, body and arm engagement, spinning techniques and of course fluid advanced beginner to intermediate Salsa ON1 patterns.
