Who are we? We are a co-ed (guys and girls) group practicing together every Wednesday! Several of us have been playing for less than a year, but we also have some senior players showing us the ropes.

Who are we looking for? Our practices are open and we welcome everyone to join! Whether you've never even heard of lacrosse or you played at some point in your life - the more people we have the more fun!

What do I need to do? Give us some notice and show up on time so we can be sure you have the equipment to play! Be sure to check the weather and bring appropriate clothing. We practice rain or shine outside!

What language is it in? We primarily speak in English, but we have a diverse group who can also speak french, high german, and swiss german.
