BAMM is a community of real estate investors, developers, and industry professionals focused on multifamily, mobile home parks, RV parks, self-storage, and other real estate investment opportunities. Our goal is to foster meaningful connections, provide valuable education, and create real deal-making opportunities in a collaborative, no-nonsense environment.

### Our Speaker: Akash Jain
With over 30 years of extensive business experience, I have established myself as a successful executive and entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur I ran multiple healthcare businesses in Dallas, TX, culminating in a successful exit in 2019. I've held executive roles at esteemed companies like Honeywell, EY, Brillio, and Cognizant, where I honed my strategic and advisory skills.
I hold an MBA from a top 20 school with a major in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. Since 1999, I have been actively investing in real estate across a variety of asset classes, including Multifamily, Retail, Land, Office, Car Washes, Short Term Rentals (STRs), and Single Family properties.
My passion for technology and startups drives me to invest in, advise, and mentor entrepreneurs at a Silicon Valley accelerator. I help shape their companies and products, and I collaborate with various PEs, VCs, and Family Offices to guide their investment strategies and exposure to alternative asset classes.
