Intro to Beach Tennis - First Session

Duration: 45 minutes

Perfect for players attending their very first beach tennis class. This session introduces the game from the ground up, including grip, movement, positioning, and rallying. The focus is on learning the basics in a supportive environment, giving you the confidence to start playing and enjoy the sport from day one.

What to bring: Water, sunscreen, towel, and anything else to make your session comfortable.
Beach tennis is played barefoot, with racquets and balls provided. Equipment is also available to hire or purchase if you prefer your own.
