If you are interested in Sound Baths, meditations, mindfulness practices, Reiki, Somatic Healing Techniques, Forest Therapy Walks, or would like some compassionate space holding lets connect! This is a place where we connect with compassion to heal, find our inner peace and connect with our true essence. Chumki is a sound healer, Reiki master and currently working her way to be a somatic coach and Forest Therapy Guide. Currently events will be hosted at Sage Center for Wholeness and Health at Beaverton, Oregon.

Sound bath is an ancient practice that uses sound and vibrations from various instruments to promote deep states of relaxation and stress release. The sound vibrations help engage our body's parasympathetic nervous system response which may have many benefits that include improvement in our stress management and anxiety relief, better sleep, enhanced mental clarity and focus, deeper spiritual connection and insight, physical healing just to name a few. The in-person sound journey session will be about 90min long, where you will immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of various instruments, like ocean drum, crystal singing bowls, handpan, drums, voice, shrutibox and chimes etc. I will be beginning the session invoking the power of ancient sanskrit mantras, Tibetan chants and channeled Shamanic inspired vocals. The sounds will be weaved together to induce gentle vibrations that promote a restorative experience.
In the beginning of each session, you will be guided through a simple meditation exercise to help you drop into the present moment.
Things to expect- Please arrive on time to settle in.
- You will be sitting during the beginning and then lying down most of the time throughout the sound journey.
- Please wear comfortable clothes and dress in layers, as temperature tends to drop in your body when you lie down in a state of relaxation.
- Perhaps Bring a pillow or support for your neck lying down.
- You may bring an eye mask to go in deeper.
- Please Bring a shawl or a blanket if you need to feel extra warm. The more cozy you feel the deeper you go.
- There will be yoga mat, yoga blanket and bolster provided. Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you want additional cushion.
- Bring a water bottle to keep hydrated.
