Come on out and spend the day celebrating Irish culture with us!

This is a 2-part event and you can join us for either or both parts. Just let me know in the comments which events you're joining us for so that I can make an accurate reservation for the restaurant, and know to look for you in front of Rosa's Latino Café for the parade.

1)We'll start with an early lunch at O'Slattery's, in Delmar. O'Slattery's is one of the few Irish-owned eating establishments in the Capital District that still offers a variety of traditional Irish dishes.

We'll have a relaxed meal there, then drive back to Albany and park in the SUNYA Downtown academic campus area, near Page Hall. There's a parking lot across from Page Hall, on Western Avenue. We'll try to park in that parking lot, or near to it.

2)Then we'll reassemble in front of Rosa's Latino Café, on the corner of Central Avenue and Lexington Avenue. The parade will start from that intersection at 2:00 p.m., so we'll get there before 2:00. We'll walk with the parade to downtown Albany, occasionally stopping to buy merchandise, use restrooms, and have a toast at an establishment along the way.

Finally, we'll take ubers or taxis back to our cars between 4:00 and 4:30.
