7/17 Update on walk- air quality is at a low 56, so we are definitely walking today after coffee!

Following coffee, those who are interested can join me for an easy 3 mile walk at Shevlin Park. Feel free to attend one or both. This will depend on the air quality index. I will monitor that in real time.

We'll meet again at The Grove Market Hall / NW Crossing!! I will grab one of the long tables in the middle of the Market Hall.

Some of us like to order breakfast at Egg All Day. Thump has coffee, pastries, muffins, and bagels made in house. Here is a list of all the vendors in the food hall.
