New Year's Day hike along Bolles brook

Easy paced hike along roaring Bolles brook in Woodford on a forest service road for 3 miles or so. This is a gradual uphill/downhill out and back hike in our Green Mountain National Forest, so hikers will have an option to turn around sooner if desired. There will likely be a faster and a slower group. Microspikes strongly suggested. Snow shoes may be needed. Leader Tim Marr. Wear warm clothing, warm footwear and dress in layers. Hot beverage is a good idea!
Follow meetup for updates closer to the date. Meet at 1pm at Bennington Recreation center, then we will carpool to trail head, as parking is limited. No dogs for this event.
