A fortnightly group where you can express yourself through drumming and make connections with like minded people in a safe and non-judgemental space. All drums provided. No experience necessary. Includes refreshments.

* 10.30 - 11.15am - freeform drumming and percussion
* 11.15-11.45am - tea break
* 11.45pm - 12.30pmn- a safe space to discuss whatever is on your mind, good, bad, anything (or nothing)

Spaces are limited so booking in advance is essential.
We don't have a loo on site (except for emergencies) so make sure you've 'been' before you arrive!
