What we’re about
This is a social running club for anyone interested in finding running companions in the Bethesda/NoBe/Rockville area. Areas of interest: Rock Creek Park, Bethesda Trolley Trail, Capital Crescent Trail, and others.
As a running group we are on the slower end (9-11 min pace), but if it’s a bigger group will usually break into faster/slower.
Cycling trips also welcomed!
