It looks like a sunny and cool morning on the horizon for Sunday (with relatively civilized wind), which will provide a perfect opportunity for a fun ride at Crossroads Ranch. We'll go with one of the recent variations to follow an invigorating route, purely within the confines of Crossroads Ranch itself

Starting at the entrance, we will first ride all the way out Crossroad Ranch Road to the "T" where the road dead-ends at Rambling Road. At this point, we'll take a right turn, circling around via Rambling Road and Dillon Wash Road to the intersection with Crossroads Ranch Road. Then it's a right turn to ride again to the "T" at Rambling Road, where we'll take a left turn this time and circle around counter-clockwise, past the intersection at Crossroads Ranch Road and all the way back to the "T" (effectively making a complete oval). We'll then cut through on Crossroads Ranch Road to the intersection with Dillon Wash Road, turning right to circle back once more to the "T." Finally, we'll take Crossroads Ranch Road through the middle, all the way back to our starting area.

Suitably confused? Here's the Ride with GPS link to help visualize the route:

This route is about 31 miles long โ€“ although it may SEEM like infinity! โ€“ and covers about 2,700 feet of rolling terrain, total ascent-wise. Of course, since we will be passing the key intersection of Crossroads Ranch Road and Dillon Wash Road a number of times, you can always shorten the ride by returning to the parking area at several points.

Come on out Williamson Valley Road on Sunday morning for the ride! ๐Ÿšด๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿšด๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿšด๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ This is a beautiful area with quiet roads, and the weather should be pretty nice. As always, e-bikes are welcome. Helmets are required, lights are recommended, and earbuds are discouraged.
