Birding & Beers 13-Year Anniversary Walk

We’re turning 13! To celebrate over a decade of birds, beers, and community, we’re shaking things up this year.

Our very first Birding & Beers event was held at City Park, and while we’ll always appreciate previous anniversary walks there together, the birding just hasn’t delivered in recent years.

To give ourselves the best chance at a memorable anniversary outing, we’re heading to Lake Ladora at Rocky Mountain Arsenal, where the bird activity has been off the charts lately. Fingers crossed the trend holds!

After the walk, we’ll raise a glass to 13 years of birdy camaraderie with a visit to Station 26 Brewing. Whether you've been with us since the beginning or this is your first time out, we’d love to have you join us.

We'll meet at the Ladora Lake Trailhead just north of the Havana Ponds parking lot. Carpooling is recommended! Overflow parking is available at the lot near the restrooms west of the lake.
