Summer Beach Day at Belmar Beach!

Join Black Everywhere - Philadelphia for a day at the beach! Get your towel, beverages, snacks, and sunscreen as we bring our joy to the Garden State. Thank you to our members Anusha for suggesting and hosting this great event.

Agenda - IMPORTANT
The group will meet right across/opposite Eleventh Avenue at Belmar Beach.
You'll grab your badge on the boardwalk across from 9th or 10th avenue and then frolic and glow. RAIN DATE WILL BE JULY 26TH

COSTS:
For beach access, a beach badge/wristband is required for anyone ages 14 and up. YOU MUST PAY $10.25 (including fees) FOR A DAY BADGE TO ACCESS THE BEACH! Pick up and sale of beach badges are at the Taylor Pavilion (5th and Ocean Avenue) Check the photos to see the best ways to buy your badge.

PARKING: Spaces along the boardwalk cost $2/hr

Active military members and dependents get on to the beach for FREE when they show Active Military ID.
Gold Star Family Members: A Parent, legal guardian of a member of the Armed Forces of the United States who died while on active duty for the United States get on to the beach for FREE.
ALL Veterans get on the beach for FREE by showing an ID that identifies them as a veteran

As a reminder, attendees are responsible for their own transportation to Belmar Beach and we encourage carpooling. Please feel free to use the comment section below to arrange travel.

Please feel free to extend the invite to others. Remember to bring your beach necessities, including a towel, plenty of water, and snacks. Also, prepare to take your trash back with you.
