For many years Evelyn Somera Harrison had a dream to be able to create a Specialist Disability Accommodation project to house and provide the services for those with extreme functional impairment, or very high support needs.
Such a project would involve a lot of time, commitment, and money. This Keynote will trace the project from its inception through to the fulfilment of a dream, about to have its finishing touches!
