TIME … Potluck starting at noon. Tournament play begins at 1pm or maybe sooner (whenever everyone is ready).

COST & WHAT TO BRING … Free to attend. Bring whatever you want to drink and potluck food to share. Plan to take home your leftovers. (OPTIONAL: $5 cash gambling opportunity — tournament winner gets the pot in addition to the trophy — completely voluntary to contribute.)

ABOUT HEARTS … It's a simple card game. Four players per table. Each woman is playing for her own individual score. Your goal is to take the fewest points possible. Each heart is worth 1 point, and the queen of spades is worth 13. If you manage to take all 26 points in a round, this is called "shooting the moon," and you get to subtract 26 points from your total instead, or ::: evil chuckle ::: add 26 points to everyone else's score.

PARKING (CARS - NO TRUCKS)
• Marina Bay is not a gated community.
• Please park in GUEST spots.
• Do not back in - your license plate needs to be visible.
• Look for the sidewalk leading to the building - visible when you enter the parking lot. That walkway leads you very close to Cheryl's door.

NO TRUCKS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARKING LOT
• If you drive a truck, you can park behind the Cheryl’s complex (on Marina Dr.) and use the stairway just north of the parking garages. To get to Marina Dr. turn off US 1 onto Yacht Club Dr. (south of Cheryl’s complex).

FROM CRIS …..It's all a matter of perspective, isn't it? The moon - our moon - has no light of her own. She reflects the light of the sun. What people see as they look at the moon is often a reflection of who they are. So, too, what they see when they look at us, at our many faces, is partly reflective of who they are themselves. Likewise, it is what we see and feel as we look at them. We might be surprised if we were to ask them: "What do you see when you look at me?" It's all relative, really. We do all have a light of our own, so let us shine, shine, shine. And please do bring your shiny selves to my livestream on Sunday the 20th.

ABOUT LEFT-RIGHT-CENTER ….
Left-Right-Center is a dice game played with three dice. Each woman starts with three bills. We gather around the pool table, taking turns and answering fun questions. One lucky woman ends up with all the dollars (and sudden increased popularity); second place also gets a prize. A great mixer!
