Decred Australia is excited to put together an incredibly talented panel of researches, authors and decentralized organisation builders.
This webinar focuses on the sociological frameworks in play when building a DAO ‘decentralized autonomous organisation’ and what it means to the future of work and its implications to managing and coordinating people.
The speakers will share their deep knowledge and insights into how a DAO can become sustainable, dynamic and true to its principles. They will also highlight the key challenges truly decentralized blockchain projects face and the role governance plays in enabling their growth and evolution. Insights will also be shared on the importance of incentive alignment with stakeholders and the community in boosting participation with 'skin in the game'.
