Speed Dating at Southwest Mountain Vineyard 🍷

Members of Blue Ridge Singles Social are heading to Southwest Mountains Vineyards for a speed dating night on Thursday February 12 2026. This one is for the 30 plus crowd and happens at the Tasting Barn from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM. You will start with a cocktail hour to settle in before the guided rounds kick off at 7:00 PM. It is a good chance to grab a glass of wine and actually talk to people face to face instead of just looking at a screen. Your ticket covers the event and some light snacks so you just need to show up and be ready to chat. At this time women's tickets are sold out though they may come back on so keep an eye out if you still need one. There are still men's tickets available for purchase right now.

What to Expect
The night is set up to be low pressure and easy going. After the timed rounds the Tasting Barn stays open until 10:00 PM so you have plenty of time to hang out and finish a conversation with anyone you hit it off with. The goal is to keep things simple and direct while getting to know other local singles in a cool setting. Since this is a vineyard event expect a relaxed vibe with plenty of wine available for purchase throughout the night. It is a straightforward way to see if there is a spark without the usual guesswork of the apps.

You need to grab your own ticket for 12 dollars through the Southwest Mountains Vineyards website to get in. Once you have your ticket make sure to RSVP here so we know who is coming. We are not doing a formal meeting spot so just keep an eye out for other group members once you get to the Tasting Barn. To make that work you must have a clear photo of yourself on your profile so people know who to look for. Get there by 6:30 PM to grab a drink and get comfortable before the rounds start at 7:00 PM.
