Brisbane Laravel Meetup - January 2021

Details

Following the success of our first meetup in October, I'm happy to announce our January meetup is going ahead.

Our speaker lineup is taking shape:

  • Jess Archer will be showing us how to build a service container from scratch, and along the way demystify how Laravel's container works
  • Greg Skerman will run a session on feature flagging, what it can do for you and the various approaches you can use to achieve feature toggles in your applications
  • James Bannister will be giving us an overview of Inertia and how you can use it to create SPAs using classic server-side routing and controllers

This event will be run in accordance with a COVID Safe Event Plan. Attendees will be required to register on arrival and be required to maintain social distancing. If you have any cold or flu symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive to COVID-19, please stay at home and consider attending via our livestream.

Refreshments will be provided by iSeekplant

In addition - we have decided to go ahead and live stream this event! Link will be provided closer to the day, but please go ahead and RSVP if you intend to attend remotely. We'll provide the link as both a comment on this meetup and on various Slack channels.
