Join us at Bogart's Coffee House for a friendly and supportive meetup group dedicated to all things fantasy writing and literary fiction. Whether you're a seasoned novelist, aspiring writer, or book club enthusiast, this is the perfect place to connect with like-minded individuals who share your passion for storytelling. Get feedback on your latest work, discuss your favorite novels, or simply enjoy the creative atmosphere as we come together to celebrate the art of writing. Let your imagination run wild as we delve into the world of mystery, nonfiction, memoirs, fantasy, romance, thrillers, and literary genres together. We'll write for a few hours, then swap critiques, suggest revisions of query letters an edits on prologues, share tips on marketing and content editing, discuss query tracker and the world of self-publishing. We'll enjoy the organic coffee served at Bogarts and the beautiful view of the ocean and the Seal Beach Pier. Arrive a little early to look for parking There are restrooms. Be sure to charge your laptop and bring headphones if noise bothers you. We'll meet once to see who shows up. If we like the group and have enough attendees, it will be a recurring event.
