Boise Bitches, Women Meetup Group

The return of the Over 40s Womens Group - after a short break we are back. This is a women's only group and the age range tends to be 40s, 50s and 60s. We are diverse, active and fun. There are several admins and therefore there will be a variety of offerings. Be cool, be fun and be open.

GROUP VIBE: Yes, we are sassy, sarcastic and don't censor ourselves. We tend to be the ladies labeled 'too much', 'too loud' or 'a lot'. Ironically we also tend to really struggle stretching ourselves and trying new things when we don't know anyone. This is likely what you will find when you come to a couple of our gatherings. We try to be intentional in welcoming new members who show up and we do want to get everyone participating. We are not perfect and are always open to new ideas. Overall I think the admins are aiming for a group of authentic and sincere people.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Please check this site often or change your Meetup settings so you get notifications of upcoming events. Events are posted at least one week out - some events may be limited to a certain number or must be RSVPed by a certain time (so we can book space, tables, etc). If you haven't registered or entered in your email on your Meetup profile you might want to do that so you get emails from admins (currently we don't do more than one a month but a weekly newsletter has been discussed).
