#169 [Beginner/Intermediate] Ethscriptions Deep Dive, And Chadex Part 2

Part 1:
In the first part, we will dive into the Ethscriptions protocol - https://ethscriptions.com/ .

We will encode text, images and code into the raw transaction data, and decode this data. We will look into API, and compare this protocol to ERC-721 and ERC-1155 NFTs.

We will "Ethscribe" some text, static images (PNGs, SVGs), and simple "generative" images (HTML + JavaScript code).

Bring your laptop, and your testing wallet with some mainnet ETH if you can. Otherwise try to obtain some Goerli testnet ETH beforehand (we will have some to spare).

Part 2:
I'm currently working on Chadex, an light-weight unstoppable fully peer-to-peer non-custodial on-chain orderbook ERC-20/ERC-20 decentralised exchange, using Red-Black Trees.

The WIP source code for the smart contract and dapp (decentralised application) can be found in https://github.com/bokkypoobah/chadex .

The WIP dapp can be accessed from https://bokkypoobah.github.io/chadex/ using a web3-enabled browser connected to the Sepolia testnet.

Over several workshops, we will cover the many aspects of developing this dapp - from the Solidity smart contracts to the Bootstrap-Vue front end user interface. What? Why? How? Where?

Some programming background is desirable, and you may have homework between these workshops.

Bring your laptops, pens and notebooks. Come along, enjoy some secret sauce, and ask hard questions.
