February Bookbinding Club

Throughout 2026, Bookbinding Club will continue to be on the 2nd Friday of the month (except for Feb because I’m away in Sydney!), from 10am until 12noon, casual drop-in. All are welcome!

February’s Bookbinding Club will be held on Friday 27 February 2026.

TOPIC: make several Japanese stab-bound notebooks using the new acrylic templates I’ve just designed and lasercut!

Cost $20
All materials provided.

Please bring your usual papercrafting tool kit.

If you could all please bring along a Show & Tell item (or several!) of something you've been working on, or something of interest to share with the group, that'd be swell :)

One final note:

These meetups are a nice opportunity to BYO a bookbinding project to work on (or ask questions about), and maybe even share some of your ideas and plans for projects you'd like to work on this year. Got a particular project or bookbinding technique you'd like to get help with? - just let me know! I'm keen to hear what members would like to see covered in Bookbinding Club :)

We now meet in the front workshop space at Michelle's new Bindery studio - The Nest Creative Spaces warehouse building at 31 Ferry Rd, West End.
