Traditional Bookbinding Group - part of the Queensland Bookbinders Guild

This group meets to encourage and develop your skills through working together. We will look for suggestions of fairly simple projects which you can demonstrate and members can work on over a period. Boxes, slipcases and different sewing styles are recent suggestions. You will need to be prepared to take your own notes.

This meeting we will be looking at some advanced Japanese stab binding patterns by Michelle Vandemeer.

There is no fee but you might need to purchase materials for your project. Please BYO your basic tools and the materials needed for this stage as the shop is unlikely to be open for sales.
