📚 December Book Club: I Will Always Write Back with Book and Cookie Exchange

We’re meeting in Building 7, Room 113.
Please allow enough time for traffic, finding parking and location. I want to start the festivities on time. ‼️

Let's finish the year with a cozy holiday get-together! We'll be discussing I Will Always Write Back by Caitlin Alifirenka, Liz Welch, and Martin Ganda — a heartwarming true story of friendship, compassion, and connection across continents.

What we'll be doing:
Everything's optional - feel free to just show up and join the book discussion.

🎁White Elephant Book Exchange- Bring a wrapped book that every woman should read or your favorite book from this year. It can be new or gently used.

🍪Cookie Exchange- Bring 2 dozen homemade cookies to share and swap. Don't forget a container to take home an assortment of everyone's goodies.

🍕No-Pressure Potluck- Bring something small to share if you'd like, but no stress if you just want to come and enjoy. No pressure to bring or eat anything.

Bithiah's Family Services Donation- I am holding a drive to collect body wash, shampoo and conditioner to donate to Bithiah's Family Services in Pomona. Bithiah's House is a trauma-informed residential program that supports transitional-aged women as they move out of foster care and into independent adulthood. The program provides stable housing, in-house mental health services, life skills training, and personalized casemanagement.
