Creature (1985)/Alien Apocalypse (2005)

It's Been Sleeping For 2000 Years, Until Now.

Creature is pretty much Alien with Klaus Kinski. A crew of scientists arrives on a far, cold planet to examine archaic artifacts of unknown origin. They discover that their German enemies already have a ship there. When they seek their help after a failed landing, they only find the Germans' bodies, obviously slaughtered by one of the archaic creatures, awoken to new life. Now the alien is after them.

The second feature film is Alien Apocalypse with the one and only Bruce Campbell. Bruce just got back from space only to find out Earth has been taken over by aliens.

Fun fact: The special effects crew that worked here was the same that worked on Aliens (1986) a year later.
