Scenic Purbeck 6.5 mile walk from The Convenience store in Lulworth

We will do a circuitous route from the Londis store in Lulworth What3words///painters.disputes.rollover to the West then South to meet with the South West Coastal Path which we will follow back to Durdle Door. There we will picnic/have a dip before climbing to the coffee kiosk. We will trek to The Lulworth Cove Inn for refreshments and an apres, then return to the start point. It will not be an amble but it will also not be a speed march. The distance is 6.5 miles with some very steep descents and ascents so a reasonable level of fitness is required, we will expect everyone to keep up and stay together. Because of the steep and sometimes narrow paths we will restrict this event to humans and dogs on leads, as dogs can be an additional trip hazard. Dress for the weather, with comfortable sturdy footwear, and take drinks and snacks and swimwear if desired. . It would make sense to car share where possible as there is limited parking and would save on fuel and parking fees. Park on the main car park (an arm and a leg) or on the side of Church road, or in West Road (free). This will count as a session for those who have block booked sessions or cost £4.00for newbies or pay as you go members.
