About the speakers
Anna Alieksieieva, Engineering Manager @ Box - Engineering Manager with broad experience leading diverse teams, including Design System, AI Experiences, and Core Frontend. She is passionate about people growth and excited to share how moving into management reshapes the impact you can have on your team, the business, and the company culture.
Anna combines hands-on technical expertise with a focus on leadership, collaboration, and scaling engineering practices. Outside of her core role, she also drives cross-functional initiatives, community building, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Beyond work, Anna is building her own flower subscription business and runs a YouTube where she shares her journey across tech, leadership, and creative projects.

Mariusz Kaczkowski, Staff Software Engineer @ Box - Seasoned Engineer with expertise across diverse industries, from banking and fintech to gaming and e-commerce. Mariusz has navigated the evolution of web development through multiple technology waves, leading critical projects and teams as a tech lead and staff engineer.
Currently passionate about the intersection of AI and developer productivity, he leverages his practical experience in performance optimization, UI excellence, and team leadership to help developers cut through the AI hype.
When not coding, you'll find him bouldering, cycling, or strategizing over video and board games with friends.
