Overview

Move through the holidays with steadiness and self-compassion as you explore loneliness, meet needs, and create real connections for anyone feeling lonely.

Details

The holidays can amplify everything, such as the joy, the pressure, and especially the loneliness. Whether you’re navigating a breakup, a life transition, or simply feeling the ache of being surrounded by people yet still feeling alone, this workshop is designed to support you through the season.

We’ll talk honestly about why loneliness feels heavier this time of year and what the feeling is really trying to tell you. You’ll learn how to work with your emotions instead of pushing them down, how to meet the deeper needs beneath the loneliness, and how to create moments of connection even when your circumstances haven’t changed.

You can expect grounding conversation, gentle reflective exercises, and practical tools to help you move through the holidays with more steadiness, self-compassion, and emotional clarity.

Bring a journal and pen if you’d like to take notes.

You don’t have to navigate the season alone — just showing up is the first step toward feeling more connected.
