Join us for a soul-soothing sunset yoga and breathwork session by the lake — a free outdoor gathering to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and feel held in community.
This 75-minute session is a gentle blend of:

  • 🌿 Mindful, beginner-friendly yoga flow
  • 🌬️ Guided breathwork to release stress and stored emotion
  • 🧘‍♀️ Grounding meditation & integration time
  • 💛 Optional connection circle after
