### Take a moment to breathe - and drop beneath the surface

Breathe With Me is a mixed‑gender space for anyone ready to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with themselves. We offer two pathways: gentle studio sessions for ongoing nervous system support, and immersive outdoor hikes combining breathwork, somatics, stillness and plant medicine for those drawn to explore more deeply in nature.

### We Gather in Two Ways;

#### 1. Studio Sessions (Breathwork + Somatics)

  • What it is: Conscious Connected Breathwork paired with grounding somatic practices (movement, stillness, integration).
  • Purpose: Regulate your nervous system, release emotional tension, and reconnect to your body without pressure to perform or overshare.
  • Who it’s for: Anyone curious about exploring breath and body in a safe, intentional way — a gentle gateway into deeper work.

#### 2. Outdoor Hikes (Breathwork + Plant Medicine)

  • What it is: Full‑day hikes through nature blending breathwork, conscious movement, and forest stillness — supported by plant medicine (optional).
  • Purpose: Step out of daily noise, drop the mask, and reconnect with what’s real beneath it all.
  • Who it’s for: Those ready for a deeper, more immersive experience with nature and themselves — still held with safety and care.

A trauma‑informed, EMCC‑certified coach and breathwork facilitator, Jonathan creates grounded, emotionally honest spaces that help people reconnect to their bodies and feel more alive — whether in a circle or on the trail.
