Building with SAM and Pipelines on AWS

Join us and our special guest Robbie Cooray form AWS as we venture into AWS Lambda and Building with AWS SAM. We will build out a simple Application and API, but more then that we will also build out the CI/CD with SAM Pipelines integration to CodePipline!

The AWS Serverless Application Model (SAM) is an open-source framework for building serverless applications. It provides shorthand syntax to express functions, APIs, databases, and event source mappings. With just a few lines per resource, you can define the application you want and model it using YAML

This is a virtual hand on event so we encourage anyone from any location to come along, you'll only need access to your AWS account as we will use Cloud9 for the deployments and coding steps.
