Attention to detail rules here at Morning After and is evident in everything from the menu to the slick attentive waiters, the offer of two brands of coffee (5 Senses from Melbourne or Uncle Joe’s from the Gold Coast) to the chic grey aprons with leather straps worn by staff, the locally sourced rooftop Bee One Third honey, down to the acknowledgement of a nutritionist’s input on the menu.
