Join us for a full immersive astro photography experience — from golden sunset through Milky Way shooting, and finishing with a peaceful sunrise session the next morning. This is a relaxed, social, and learning-friendly overnight meetup.

• Foreground scouting for astro later
• Golden hour → blue hour transition techniques

18:15 – Dinner & Social Time 🔥

• BYO dinner, snacks, and drinks
• Campfire setup (weather permitting)
• Casual networking and gear chat

19:30 – Astro Photography Setup 🌌

• Camera settings walkthrough
• Focusing in low light
• Composition planning (Milky Way positioning)

20:00 – 00:30 – Milky Way Shooting Session ✨

• Guided shooting time
• Light painting techniques (optional)
• One-on-one help may be available
• Stop and rest anytime

00:30 onwards – Rest / Free Shoot

• Continue shooting or wind down for the night

📷 Recommended Camera Gear

Essential:

• DSLR or Mirrorless camera (full manual control)
• Wide-angle lens (ideally 14mm–24mm, f/2.8 or faster preferred)
• Sturdy tripod (non-negotiable for astro)
• Spare batteries (cold drains batteries fast)
• Large memory cards

Highly Recommended:

• Headlamp or torch (with red light mode if possible)
• Intervalometer or remote shutter
• Lens heater or anti-dew solution
• Power bank

Optional / Advanced:

• Star tracker (for deeper sky shots)
• Light painting tools (LED panels, small torches)
• Drone (check permissions prior)
