Join us for a free weekly yoga class focused on building strength, confidence, and flow through the foundational Warrior poses. Guided by Gav in a gently heated space, this all-levels class is designed to help you move deeper, release tension, and feel more connected to your body.

In this 60-minute Vinyasa-style flow, you’ll move mindfully through standing postures that:
✔ Strengthen your legs and core
✔ Improve balance and stability
✔ Open the hips and chest
✔ Cultivate breath awareness and focus

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, this class is a supportive and energising way to begin your day.
