💥 Project management is about delivering change, understanding what you need to do and working out how you’re going to do it. As the project manager, a good process will guide you, providing controls to manage project risks in the successful and efficient delivery of the project scope. But what does a project manager do when the controls don’t fit the project? What happens when the process seems too much? Or the process you’re working with seems too light to manage the unique risk inherent to what your delivering? How does a project manager right size project controls? What are the process steps and how are these developed?
