Summary
Description: AI is rapidly changing how software is built, dramatically increasing the velocity of development. If engineering workflows are accelerating, testing systems and quality practices will need to keep up. AI-orchestrated testing can help teams scale testing workflows alongside faster software delivery.

In this talk, I’ll explore practical approaches for designing AI-orchestrated testing systems that teams can actually trust. We’ll look at structuring agent workflows, improving reliability and traceability, and integrating AI-assisted testing safely into modern engineering pipelines.

Shyamal Raju is a Software Quality Engineering leader with over a decade of experience in test automation and performance testing. I’m also a self-described nerd and professional tinkerer who enjoys building tools and exploring how AI can help teams move faster without compromising quality or trust.
