Wednesday 7,30pm, Friday 9pm
Saturday 7: 30 am
Qi gong class: Saturday 7:30 am ( after meditation)
Wear loose clothes you feel comfortable
Cost – $5 for each time
Steven is the presenter of the meditation sessions and he has been
actively involved in meditation for 15 years.
