Polar Brrr Walk

Put on your Long John’s and boots, grab some hand warmers and bundle up in layers for a 5ish mile out and back walk in the snow on the Delaware Canal Towpath. (Wind chills expected to be in the upper teens to low 20s.)

Expect compacted snow and ice on the canal towpath - Traction Devices Required!

We will meet at the Yardley Park and Ride lot (enter "Yardley Park and Ride" in Google Maps) at 10am and embark on a 2 hour out and back walk along the Delaware Canal Towpath and on the streets of Yardley. Along the way, we will pass under one of the historic camel back bridges and explore an old canal lock. Snow photography should be awesome!

At the halfway point, we'll take a break to warm up in downtown Yardley at Panna, known for their thick and rich European style hot chocolate, espresso and home made pastries.
