Field Trip: Outdoor Meditation & Trek at Wadsworth Falls

Come join us for a morning of mindfulness, community, and the breathtaking beauty of autumn!
We’ll begin with sitting meditation by the lower falls (bring a foldable chair or something to place under your cushion), followed by a round of walking meditation. Afterward, enjoy a light hike (orange trail) and time to socialize on an easy, level trail surrounded by vibrant fall foliage. Dress appropriately and bring water if necessary. We'll meet in the parking lot between 9:50 a.m. - 10 a.m. If you arrive late, look for the multicolored Tibetan flags and follow the path to the lower falls.
