
What we’re about
As a 12 Step Buddhist group, we practice a complimentary approach to living a mindful recovery oriented life that blends Buddhist principles with traditional 12 Step approaches. Anyone coping with craving, suffering or aversion is welcome. You don't have to be a Buddhist or be in any specific recovery program to attend.
