Nervous System Reboot: A SOMA Breath & Movement Experience

Together we will explore how breath work, movement, and nature can help you reset, regulate, and reconnect. On retreat and at home.
Most of us are moving through life in a constant state of low-level activation—busy minds, tired bodies, and a nervous system that rarely has the chance to fully settle.
This session offers a different experience.
Through a guided combination of SOMA Breath, gentle movement, and simple grounding practices, you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore what it feels like to shift out of that constant “on” state.
This is not about learning something new or doing anything perfectly.
It’s about creating the conditions where your system can begin to reset.
You may notice:
- a sense of calm or clarity
- physical release or softening
- a deeper awareness of your breath and body
- or simply a pause that feels restorative
The practices Lise will share are accessible, adaptable, and designed to support you both in daily life and, for those who are interested, within a deeper retreat setting.
We’ll close with a brief introduction to our upcoming 9-day Nervous System Reset Reboot Retreat in Mindo, Ecuador, for those who are curious to explore this work more fully in a natural, immersive environment.
Who This Is For

- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Comfortable clothing
- Optional: blanket or eye covering for relaxation

This is an experiential session. You are always invited to move at your own pace and participate in a way that feels right for you.
