ADHD can imbalance relationships, especially if the couple has a long history before a diagnosis was made. As with everything else in relationships, both partners have a part to play in creating a new and better version of what a satisfying relationship looks like for them. Some of this involves managing one partner’s ADHD better, but a happy relationship goes beyond just that. We will discuss what both partners can do to reduce the impact of ADHD on how they interact and to enjoy each other again. We will also discuss how a good relationship makes both partners better people—it may be difficult at times, but it’s worth it.
