Practical lessons from designing an AI-enabled system of work

AI can be an enabler for how enterprises turn strategy into execution, but many organisations are still working out what that means in practice. This discussion shares early learnings and emerging insights from designing an AI-enabled approach to strategy execution, with a focus on how AI can strengthen the system of work that connects direction, decision-making and delivery.

Together, we’ll explore where AI can have the greatest impact first, how data, tools and AI can better support the flow of work, and what it takes to redesign the connections between strategy and execution in a practical way. We’ll also look at the macro shifts now emerging across team models, governance and planning, and what those shifts mean for leaders trying to improve delivery without simply adding more activity or complexity.

The conversation is aimed at executives, product, delivery and technology leaders, and transformation practitioners who want a clearer view of how AI can be used to improve the delivery. It will share observations, lessons and perspectives that can help shape the next steps in building a more AI-enabled system of work.
