Book Lovers Meetup

Attention book lovers (and/or movie lovers)!

We have a fun, last minute event, scheduled at Books by the Pound. If you've been there already, you know what an awesome used book store it is. If you haven't been there, here's a good reason to go!

The owner is reserving a table for us to meet. Feel free to talk about the books you love and/or the books you hate, but you can also talk about whatever you want! Feel free to bring your own coffee or tea to sip on.

To make this event extra cool, each attendee will bring $5 to enter into a drawing. The lucky winner who gets her name drawn will receive a Books by the Pound gift card for whatever amount gets put into the drawing! That means the more people who show up, the larger the gift card amount. But hey. even if 3 people attend, that's $15. And that goes a long way at Books by the Pound!

If you're a movie lover, you'll love their huge selection of DVDs.

Once we're done chatting, there will be time for browsing. And if you keep your eye out, you will be sure to spot Edgar the cat.
