For a calm, focused and empowering way to start the day, you are invited to take time out and join us once a week for the practice of meditation and recharge (and change!) the mind with peace, clarity and balance.
The half hour meditations offer guidance through gentle commentary, soothing music and a bit of quiet.
Suitable both for experienced meditators and those new to meditation.
