This event is great for those who would like to increase their step count, elevate the heart rate, and nourish the brain.

The exercise will include a brisk power walk on the Bluff Trail loop, which is approximately 1.8 miles in length and takes about 35-40 minutes to complete. The last 15-20 minutes will include a guided qigong routine, no experience needed.

Please wear comfortable outdoor shoes, waterproof are best. This event will still take place in light rain.

Please arrive a few minutes early at the parking lot located at Windsor Blvd and Wedgewood St.
