Creating a powerful image using negative space

Details
Using Negative space is a powerful way to improve the compostion of your photograph and catch the viewers attention. Negative space, put simply, is an empty area that surrounds the main subject in your photograph and simplifies the connection between the subject and the background.
Creating an eye catching image with negative space can be a challenge but also a very rewarding one. In this session we will explore how to look for points of view that will isolate the subject through the contrast with its surroundings.
This small group session is lead by a professional photographer with many years experience of teaching people from beginners to advance to become better photographers. We welcome all cameras. Our meetups start with a brief of how to set the camera for the topic. They are fun and informative with likeminded people and the professional photographer on hand to assist throughout the session.
This is suitable for any level of photographer and camera, even a mobile phone camera.
A minimum of 2 people are needed for this session to go ahead.
