In hunt of Bush Birds including the Rainbow Bee Eater
Details
Photographing birds in the Bush is a challenge. We will be meeting at one of our Metro Bush Reserves which is know for it's birds and currently the beautiful Rainbow Bee Eaters have been nesting in the area. Whilst there is no guarantee we will see them they are fairly territorial whilst they are feeding their young so we might be lucky.
Birding is about skill, patience and a lot of luck. There are other birds in the area which might be easier too.
We will go over the best settings and best practice for being around these ground nesting birds.
A long lens is advised for this session and personally I would suggest a tripod or gimbal as well.
3 people are required for the event to go ahead.
